Dot is a privacy-centric AI ecosystem. It gives people access to powerful AI tools without the surveillance that comes with mainstream models. Every major AI assistant today logs your conversations, ties them to your identity, and uses them to train, profile, and target you. Dot is built on the opposite premise: we ask for nothing, so you can ask us anything. The ecosystem runs on open-weight models that can be self-hosted and inspected, meaning no third party sits between you and the AI. Products include dotchat (private conversational AI) and dotcode (a private coding assistant), with more tools planned under the same principle: your data stays yours.
