Somnia is the Agentic L1 - built from the ground up for applications that couldn't exist on any other chain. Over 1M TPS, sub-second finality, and sub-cent transaction costs come from a custom consensus protocol, a compiled EVM, and a purpose-built database. It's fully EVM-compatible, so existing Solidity contracts and tools like viem and Ethers.js work without modification. Somnia Agents let smart contracts natively query APIs and run deterministic AI models onchain. Native Reactivity means contracts respond to events automatically - no external triggers required.
